A boutique engineering firm, on purpose.
Teknoly was founded by a senior platform engineering leader who spent more than fifteen years watching foundations get shortcut and platforms pay for it later. The wager behind the firm: a small team of senior engineers who build foundations properly and stay to run them will beat a large team working at arm's length.
Founded to build the layer everyone else takes for granted.
The foundational layer everything else runs on is easy to ignore while it works and impossible to ignore when it doesn't. That is how platforms behave — nobody thinks about the landing zone until an audit, a scaling event, or a breach forces everyone to think about it at once.
We started Teknoly to work at that layer, for clients who feel the cost when it goes wrong — not to write strategy decks about it, but to build it as code and then keep it healthy. We stay deliberately small, so the person who scopes your work is the one who does it and the standard doesn't erode between the sale and the delivery.
We operate from Abu Dhabi, Paris, and Casablanca — close to the GCC, Europe, and Africa, where this matters most right now: ambitious platforms, hard sovereignty requirements, and a shortage of teams who can build production-grade foundations locally.
Three rules we don't bend.
Senior-only delivery
No junior benches, no handoff to a translation layer. The engineer in your review writes the code. Yes, it caps how much we can take on — that's deliberate.
Foundations before features
We build the landing zone before the app, and governance before the thousandth table. Getting the dull groundwork right is what keeps the rest of the work from turning into firefighting.
Build in the open
Everything as code, in your repos, documented as we go. When we leave, the knowledge stays with your team rather than walking out with us.
Three hubs, one cross-region reach.
We deliver in English, French, and Arabic — close enough to the work to be on-site when it matters, and set up for data residency across GCC, European, and African jurisdictions.

The habits behind the standard.
Everything as code
Infra, policy, pipelines. If it can be declared, it is — reviewable and reversible.
Tell you when you're wrong
We would rather lose the argument than ship the mistake. Honest counsel is the job.
Leave you more capable
Success is your team owning what we built, not depending on us to touch it.
Boring where it counts
Predictable deploys, tested DR, documented decisions. Excitement belongs in the product, not the platform.
